 Mr.
Mathis is a highly accomplished senior strategist and management
professional with more than twenty years experience managing
long-term strategic business relationships including non-profit
healthcare associations and for-profit corporations. His experience
includes serving as the Chairman and CEO of several small
to mid-size organizations including UBI Healthcare Solutions,
which partnered with Vanderbilt University to develop and
market CareerPace, an industry-leading nurse recruiting, retention,
and educational software tool. During his tenure as CEO of
UBI Healthcare Solutions, Mr. Mathis successfully established
the corporation, secured capital funding, rebuilt the Vanderbilt
University software platform, successfully negotiated the
initial corporate contracts, and in 2006, sold the company
to AssistMed, Inc., a Beverly Hills, California clinical documentation
services company. He earned his M.A. at Lipscomb University
and studied law at the University of Toledo College of Law.
He has extensive legal and business development experience.
Mr. Mathis is a Visiting Fellow at Ohio Valley University
in Vienna, WV. He is author of "Solving
the Global Nurse Shortage: Social Media & the Cultural
Transformation of Nursing."
Chief Operating Officer
 Mr.
Cochran is an experienced Healthcare Executive with a 15 year
track record of proven success as an operations manager and
entrepreneur. With an undergraduate degree in Management Science
from University of Tennessee and a MBA in Healthcare from
Owen at Vanderbilt, Mr. Cochran has retained multiple assignments
among several of Nashville's strongest healthcare organizations.
He has recruited investors, physicians and administrators
to successfully develop and profitably operate Medical Clinics
designed specifically for the patients and providers of small
independent clinical practices. A thriving software developer
and published career author, he founded one of the nations
first free HIPAA compliant web based secure messaging solution
for Doctors and Patients primarily in small clinics and rural
locations. He has consulted with physicians and billing personnel
on process improvement techniques, and is extremely knowledgeable
of the on-going concerns of healthcare providers, support
staff, and payers both private and institutional.
