The missing link!

Hello, I am very happy to join this healthcare spiritual group.

I believe that spirituality or 'soul care' is a missing link in nursing care and in nursing school. Albeit it is touched on in school but not the amount it deserves.

Nursing: A Spiritual Calling

Awesome I totally agree nursing is most definitely a calling. You know almost every nurse I have come across always gives those encouraging words to never give up. I do a little volunteer work but I know there's something God wants for me in this field. Nurses change the world daily, even though some of the patients don't always make it, the smile from those who do make it all worth while. I want to make a difference in the world like so many nurses have so mad props to all of you current nurses.
